Bucky doesn't know how to eat sunflower seeds so naturally he buys them in bulk.

Also has apparently not paid attention to the important nuances of baseball like how baseball players eat sunflower seeds. For shame.

tbf, i've known plenty of people who eat the whole thing. i used to when i was a kid before i realized that getting sunflower seed shells stuck in your throat sucks and the meaty part is the only part that actually tastes good. the shell tastes good because it's covered in salt or whatever flavor powder they put on it.

it still tastes good if you crack it open then spit it out
