The eternal debate: go out, and risk losing a parking spot? I hate snow in South Philly. I could walk to Staples, but it would be kind of far/unpleasant in this weather.

I've had a recurring leak in my apartment roof. It's probably been a total of 3 months living in this place where there's been a leak. This morning the most serious leak was basically a waterfall.
They've sent maintenance to come check it out, but because of weather and the holidays it's been just about a month now where this has been going on with no date set yet for the repair. I'm tempted to cancel my rent check for this month to try and speed this up and make sure they get this fixed for good. I think I'm protected to do so, just not sure if I have to put it in escrow and whether I can prorate the rent until it's fixed.
*Maintenance for all the piazza buildings sucks.

Were having the same issue in our house. Starred with a small leak in my room away from anything important. Guys been pushing it off for a month now. Not sure if its the roofers or him that's the problem. Well this weekend the kitchen has basically split open and was raining inside. Guys are supposed to come today but the weather sucks ass. He cut me 200 for the issues in my room but this is way worse. Not sure what his plan if action is going to be if the weather doesn't cooperate

Did anyone else do the iTunes 12 Days of Gifts app? The "reviews" of the FREE GIFTS have been fantastic. People are the worst.

Yeah, I got the app, but I only wound actually getting a few of the freebies, nothing I really wanted. I didn't look at the reviews until you posted that. Incredible, now I'm sure there will be developers etc. Lining up for their stuff to be in it next year so they can get their ratings shit on. Geeze.
