In 2008, she ran a terrible primary campaign that vastly underestimated her main rival. Could certainly happen again in 2016.

Everyone pretty much underestimated Obama. Hillary's main competition was supposed to be Edwards.

still remember right leaning people telling me obama would never get elected in 2008. i didn't argue because i was just an idiot teenager, but it's still funny to me how wrong they can be with national perception.

Yes, I have always found that, in a story about how dumb people can be, it's always "they" that are the worst.

maybe i'm wrong, but it seemed like a fairly popular narrative in the right. that he was too young and inexperienced to win a presidential election.
