Sure. Still think it's a stupid thing to worry about at all.

like endless said it's just a way to get some idiots from wearing tablecloths. I don't think people worry about it as much as hope that their guests have a suit, which everybody should. i didn't do it for mine but it's understandable

A gay waiter at Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Kansas was denied a tip by patrons because of his sexual orientation. Instead the couple left him the following note:

“Thank you for your service, it was excellent. That being said, we cannot in good conscience tip you, for your homosexual lifestyle is an affront to GOD. Queers do not share in the wealth of GOD, and you will not share in ours. We hope you will see the tip your #### choices made you lose out on, and plan accordingly. It is never too late for GOD’s love, but none shall be spared for ####s. May GOD have mercy on you.”

Carrabas released a statement saying that the company does not tolerate discrimination from either employees or guests.

“We embrace diversity and believe in treating everyone with respect,” the statement read.

I hope they drove into a ditch on their way home. Pussies.

It's true, it's true...probably.

I find this totally unacceptable. I always tip at least 20% if ANY type of sex comes with my meal, and I don't see any other way that they could have known he was homosexual.

Yeah I've been doing some googling and that seems to be the general consensus. Either way I have to buy something new, so I'll get measured and whatnot.

On eBay, you can get a decent wool tux - new pants, used rental coat - with shirt, cummerbund, tie, hardware - for $100

I don't know if this is a problem with IE in general or something about the way that my company has installed IE, but it consistently chokes on web pages with a lot of dynamic content. Philly.com, si.com, even thegoodphight.com can make it bog down or completely crash. Fortunately on my own computer I have Chrome which handles these all with aplomb but at the moment I'm using a borrowed computer and it's really cutting in to my ability to fuck around.

If I had to pick a list of the best movie per sport/pseudo sport, I think almost all of them would be comedies.

Baseball: Major League
Basketball: Hoosiers
Football: The Longest Yard
Hockey: Slap Shot
Bowling: The Big Lebowski
Golf: Caddyshack
Boxing: Rocky IV

All but one if you count Rocky IV as a comedy, and you should. Guess I like to laugh.
