you know how I respond to insane drivers? i keep looking forward and pretend i don't see them. sometimes i'll tap my fingers on the wheel and bob my head to some music without a care in the world. it really grinds their gears i bet

i'm not really at that level, but if someone is driving 73 in a 65 with the right lane open and cars behind him that's annoying

As mentioned in my post above I agree with this concept in theory, But I'd still work on not being actively annoyed when prohibited from driving more than 8 miles an hour over the speed limit. It will help you live longer in a lot of ways.

It depends where you are. I feel like the average speed on a highway in PA is 25 mph slower than in NJ, regardless of speed limit.

in the case i'm talking about, it's a person either being completely unaware of others in his surroundings or just being a dick. some people get mad at that, some at grammar, etc. can't really help what your big pet peeve is

It's not about being tough. It's trying to communicate to other drivers that they suck at driving and they should pay more attention to what the fuck is going on around them.

yeah, who is trying to be tough. it's nicer than actually telling them "fuck you" or "kill yourself"

i only have 1 pet peeve when it comes to driving and thats people that don't use their turn signals. its the easiest form of communication with other drivers on the road and its pretty disrespectful when not used and prohibits other drivers from making their decision while driving. but the most i'll do is roll my eyes and go along with my day.

/end rant

its nicer, but its still nothing nice. i shouldnt care that people do it, but i've seen it happen around me. just seems like a waste of energy and you both eventually go your separate ways. i guess i've just learned to block out others road rage. I get it a lot when i let someone in my lane who has been trying to forever, or i slow down and let a car cross thats perpendicular. maybe i'm just overly nice, but my boss is the worst. total fucking asshole on the road driving his van like he owns everything dick i fucking hate him.

lol

i never used to get annoyed in the car until i moved to seattle. people cannot drive around here.

i see people going 10 under the speed limit almost daily. if you can't handle 60 mph on the highway, you shouldn't be driving.

same for turn signals. it's like they don't even exist to 25% of the drivers on the road and it seems like i'm frequently getting annoyed at people for braking then putting on their turn signal. thanks for the heads up, guy.

i'm competing against opponents. No one should really be an opponent on the road, drivers should be working together and making things flow easy, but it seems like most times they wanna ride your ass, honk their horn, give you death stares, etc.

i understand that its all specific to the situation, i guess i just cant stand how some drivers act like its them against the world
