for example, my area CRUSHED with democratic voting, so it was taken from PA 6 to PA 16 so it would stay republican. there was no reason for this other than that.

there is no way, because it is self-perpetuating. they've successfully lumped all democratic votes to the point that i have NEVER had a chance to vote for a PA house rep. i've never had a republican even run against my rep.
