Wow. Just went through the Whitemarsh Parks & Rec haunted house at the Cedar Grove Barn. Best I've been in in my entire life, including amusement parks. I was like "Oh WTF 13 bucks a person???". But totally worth it.

best i ever went through was when i was 6 years old. i'm sure it was super lame.

the most recent one i went through was at dorney park and it was laughable.

Apparently there was a 7.7 earthquake off of Vancouver Island and I didn't even feel it here in Seattle. Not happy right now.

I am in Ocean City, MD (as I've made clear) and I am watching some Eastern Shore local news broadcast on the local ABC affiliate (a "UHF" station - 47; you can always tell you are bush league when you are some place when one of the 'big three' is stuck on a UHF station). What I am learning is that, if you are willing to move to someplace that sucks, literally ANYBODY can be on TV. This weather guy can barely read the teleprompter.

All sorts of shit is closed down here on Monday and Tuesday. Maybe I should leave tomorrow. The local power company is sort of saying, "Yeah you're gonna lose power... deal with it."

I literally didn't feel it. There is a tsunami warning, apparently. My coworker got a call from his mom who lives in New Jersey and that's how we found out about it.

i know many tv meteorologists working across the country in hickass towns and it's surprising how well they do with women. luckily, most of them get pay increases pretty quickly, but the first few years really suck.

my college friends' least favorite college friend is one of those out in the midwest. changed his very italian last name to do it, even

i know a bunch who have changed their last name. i know an italian guy who is working in the midwest(MI) right now, but i don't think he changed his name.

why would someone dean martin themselves in this day and age? the president's name is barack hussein obama for chrissakes
