they're also in a lot of offices. they cheap to install and keep clean. i had those in my last apartment, too.


i've never brewed a cup of coffee at home. feel like i'd be drinking it non-stop if i started that.

Cheap, yes, but anything I set down on those countertops for more than 5 seconds would leave a stain that was impossible to remove. I had an imprint of the Chiquita banana logo on there for about the last year I was there.

Do you mind telling us why you are moving? I think you lived in Bella vista right? Long story short, I'm very preliminary looking at investing in a small apt in Philly and was looking at that area.

Damn. That's impressive. My biggest investment has been a $200 grinder. Doubt I'll ever spring for an espresso machine or a roaster and whatever else he's got going on there. I have always loved tomato sauce, salsa and ketchup. Just wasn't a fan of tomatoes alone.
