So this house I put an offer in was accepted 2 weeks ago. As I mentioned on here, the seller said someone else came along offered more, and he decided to take that offer. So I was pissed. Housh encouraged me to throw a rock through his window, which I thought was good advice. THAT offer apparently fell through and now he's back and saying he'll accept my 2nd offer which was 15K higher in an attempt to match this mystery buyer.

Should I tell him to fuck off?
