yeah, that's GA clients. basically either people who are disabled and waiting on RSDI/SSI or are former addicts and are on methadone. you know, REAL MOOCHES

i just had to close someone's medicaid because they didn't work 100 hours a month, despite the affordable care act being expanded in 2014 to cover them. lots of republican-controlled states are trying to kick as many people off the medicaid rolls as possible so then teh feds can pick up 100% of the bill when the expansion happens in 2014.

part of it is that the northeast and midwest is very good at segregating the poor. the poorest metro areas are actually almost all in the south; however, the poorest cities are all almost all the northeast and the midwest. camden is now #1 again, in the second-wealthiest state in the union. part of that is that cities here are very small, border-wise, and part of that is just how we have self-segregated and not-so self-segregated over the past 50 years in the north.

Birds have been migrating for as long as there have been birds. I would think they have the ability to take detours when necessary and still get to where they're going. The bird at the front has to at least have a gps app on his smartphone or he wouldn't be the one up front.

how often does everyone wash their hair? i only do it every three days. not sure why i entered into that routine. it only changes if i have a really good workout that sweats out lots o' sweat, and right now, let's be honest, my fat ass ain't sweatin' to the oldies too much
