last night i went out with a friend who refused to order the chickenstrips because she wanted boneless wings instead. i was like wtf? and the problem is she is not the first or only one out there.

If someone devised a mechanical process to easily debone chicken wings but leave the meat and most importantly, the skin, largely intact, that would be awesome. Wings are the best-tasting part of the chicken because A) they're dark meat and B) they have the largest ratio of succulent fatty skin to meat, but they're a PITA to eat.
