I did look into that. But my next step would've been common pleas court, which requires a lawyer. Wasn't worth the $185.

I got cited last night for a "stolen license plate status." Three or four years ago, someone stole my license plate right off my car, and I reported it. But they must have listed my new plate as stolen in the system. I don't even know who to talk to about that, but hopefully it works in my favor that I recently got a new car and the DMV titled and registered it to this "stolen" plate.

I would hope when they think they found a stolen license plate, they would try to arrest the license plate stealers

if you're using someone else's license, why would you give a crap about a ticket

Yeah the cop had an attitude of him doing me a favor. "I'm supposed to take your plate from you right now" etc.

But I was four/five beers deep and kept my mouth shut.
