I'm old fashioned. I like to know how many full bathrooms there are before I buy.
The RE company on the sign's website says 2.5, everywhere else 0.5...it was a single family house converted to an office space
wish you the best of luck. just went through the process; it's extremely stressful but very fulfilling and fun. if you're handy or have a close friend/family member who is, you'll have a great time and get a great deal of pride doing the remodeling on your own. i'm a novice at best, but have really enjoyed slowly remodeling one of the rooms in my house, which has included new paint, crown molding, ripping out the carpet, finishing the original hardwood, and putting in new trim. fun stuff. time consuming, but fun. and you can generally drink beer during the process.
but nonetheless, best of luck. just look. do a ton of looking. this is a huge buyer's market. if you can put a decent amount down and can avoid a gov't loan, you can get exactly what you want and need at a price you can afford IF YOU'RE PATIENT/can be patient.
