actually there might be full bathrooms, it'll definitely need a new oven and fridge, possible a new water heater (that's just a guess though)

I'm old fashioned. I like to know how many full bathrooms there are before I buy.

The full bathroom- at least the rough-ins still remaining- should be a deal-breaker. If you have to put a new stack in, as well as potable and sewage lines (not to mention tub framing) will run into the 10s of thousands. Not something even the handiest of handymen might entertain.

i girl i know is interviewing for an interior design position with no experience or education in that area. over gchat i told her good luck and congrats. then started asking about the interview. she told me she had to do a test role play but didnt know what that was. i said well it will be interesting good luck. and then she got really pissed at me. i tried researching what a test role play in an interview would look like, i told her what i found, and she said "WHY ARE YOU BEING LIKE THIS?! what do you not think i dont know anything about interior design? i read blogs and books constantly!"

i mean i guess. whatever. but the main tv room in her house, not one single seat faces the tv. it blows.

who the hell needs interior designers?

That interview should go really well if that's how she handles constructive [non-]criticism.

"informed" interior design these days tends to neglect the boob toob altogether. So maybe she's good.

The RE company on the sign's website says 2.5, everywhere else 0.5...it was a single family house converted to an office space

Cheltenham...It's a 3 Br that was converted into an office...so I'd need to put in a full bathroom and a kitchen.

Probably update the water heater too.
