i loved it as a child...watched it a few years back and it was pretty horrendous.

Yes, sandlot is decent enough. Still think Little Big League is an actual better movie though.

Ed, the baseball movie with that monkey, that movie blows.

Talent for the Game w/ Edward James Olmos is directed at kids right? That was decent. The Angels in the Outfield movies were fun stuff for kids. Sandlot has to be the clear winner though.

There's also this movie called Everyone's Hero that came out a few years ago, animated baseball film. Ive been meaning to check it out.

This one was definately not for the kiddies. I think it was an HBO movie from the 80s, Teller (of Penn and Teller) had a speaking role. Some brief nudity from Virginia Madsen when she was smokin' hot. ..."the best baseball movie most of you never saw"...
