I have an absolutely batshit crazy supervisor, and myself and all of my colleagues are about to be written up for supposedly disobeying a direct order (which we really didn't, but I digress). So crazy today is she that this morning I made analogy in my own head between her and Captain Queeg from The Cain Mutiny, to those familiar with that novel/film.

And right now, The Cain Mutiny is just starting on TCM. It's a sign. I know I am right (actually, the three of us under her direction are right): she is fucking insane.

yeah i fucked my healthy knee up in july and then re-injured it recently and it has killed all my drive to work out, esp. lower body. god damn it, you shit knees. i just try to ice them as much as possible, sometimes just rest isn't enough.

Yeah it fucking blows. My knees feel fine but i have two stretch marks on the same exact spot inside of each knee which can't be good.

I literally haven't lifted in 5 months or ran psychotically (like 1) in at least 2 and half months. I have no idea why I'm not getting better.
