Irv's? Been there twice. First time the talent was impressive, second time, not so much.

I don't even know where Irv's is. Can't remember what it was called, but it was on the westside, really close to Emmaus. I used to shutter ever time I pasted it on my way to Shangy's.

live nearby, never visited, advertised a lot of amateur nights - I think it has mercifully been closed down.

The best weak strip club was the Purple Orchid II, Cotton & Oxford in NE Phila

Purple Orchid was like a holy grail when I was a kid. Then it cgot shut down before I made it to adulthood. Now it's a Crown Fried Chicken, and I go there when I'm chorched at my parents' house.

I meant, of course, Cottman & Oxford
