Yes. When I worked for CVS during one summer, I told my boss when hired that I would be there for a little while. Of course, when college started back up, I quit. I thought my boss would make some kind of under the breath comment, but he just said "OK. It was good to have you. How's Thursday for your last day?"

It didn't go over as well when I quit my other job.

I worked at the Shop Rite on the Boulevard one summer as a janitor pretty much. One of the most unlikable jobs I've ever had for so many reasons. Anyway, I was still on "probation" or whatever and put in my two weeks one day. My boss was an asshole and said "Why don't you just go home now?" It was great. I had no desire to be there whatsoever so I left.

Man, your plumbing's going to be all screwed up, not to mention the caffeine headache. You can plan yourself a nice lunch,though.

Yeah I'd say I have something to eat before noon about once every two weeks.

One of my goals this summer is to start eating cereal for breakfast. We'll see how that goes.
