Don't even have to wait that long. Giants play the Eagles the Sunday after election day. I'll probably be unemployed, and my party will have been routed from the White House and down another couple dozen seats in congress, so I'll be looking for a shred of dignity.

Whole thing is really bizarre. I think it was a big joke by his friends - meaning this weird text message I got at the bar last night - but he said he couldn't go home when he got here and was acting strange and just wanted to sleep and he wasn't around when I woke up. I'm not really sure what the heck is going on.

he's been out there all morning selling tools from the back of his pickup to a mexican.

I will probably get sucked into the game, especially since I'm home so it's on TV, but I'd rather just read or nap or something. The Phillies are not fun at the moment.

My TV guide says the Phillies and Cubs on FOX. But they're showing the Rays and Orioles. I live like an hour and a half from Tampa. Why am I not blacked out of this stupid game?

Well, it was bad enough when my neighbor had one disassembled truck he said he was "restoring". Now there's two disassembled trucks in his back yard. I really can't complain much though, since he did mow my lawn while we were on vacation.
