Flyers are an elite offensive team though so they will be fun no matter what

They're really pissing away this easy early season schedule.

brightside: all of but one of their losses are one goal. just gotta stop having to chase every damn game.

I didn't like this team when it was coming together over the summer and I don't care for much of it now.
-Too many bad defensemen; some on end of their contracts (Schultz, Streit, MDZ). Either re-sign these guys or move them.
-The same goes with the goalies. Both are UFAs at the end of the season. Choose who the guy to go forward with is and move the other player along.
-Asking 19 year old rookies to play top six minutes is asking quite a bit-too much maybe?
-PEB, VdV, the Russian are not decent NHL players even for a fourth line.
-Are G and Ghost are 100% coming off of their surgeries. It doesn't look like they are.
I realize that there is an expansion draft at the end of the season but the Flyers can't screw up their season over that by keeping around guys who can't play this year.

G leads the league in assists and was robbed of a goal 3 times last night. But is he healthy?
Ghost is playing with the worst player in the league.
Provorov is fine. Konecny is awesome. What are you watching?

They've stressed getting off to a better start this season and in games, and with all these ceremonies before the game you would think they would be extra pumped up.

I think sometimes certain teams are hurt by the ceremonies... you just want to play and I guess both teams are affected by it but it could throw off your routine, especially some goalies

By the way it seems like the flyers have gotten off to slow starts in games for 20 years

Judging by yesterday's practice pairings, the WORST player in the league won't play Saturday.
