Jay says he was still in full coaching mode on that final shot, thinking there was still a second left and they needed to get back on defense, and he didn't realize it was over until Williams came over to congratulate him

Those are almost always the children of NCAA, conference administrators or local committee members. They do try to give them training and someone is assigned to watch over them during the games. But in the NBA those guys are paid locker room attendants, it's a serious job.

That last exchange of shots was incredible. Basically kids making crazy shots in the TV and sports crucible of a championship game.

I don't think I'd sleep for a week if I made that last shot.
