I have agreed to terms with the Philadelphia Phillies

Tobias only got 10K from the Phils. So the Phillies were an aggregate 216,800 under slot before the Fanti signing. Don't know whether he was over 100k or not. Probably have enough to sign more, especially if they are willing to go into the tax range.

According to his twitter account the Phillies have agreed to terms to sign 34th Round Pick Benjamin Pelletier, the HS OF from Canada who is really young.

Yeah, his perfect game profile says he doesn't graduate until 2016 (being home schooled though)and he's only 16 right now, wont be 17 until August 22.

Apparently Pelletier signed for 135K so 35K counts against the 216K in pool savings. Don't know how much Fanti got over 100K though. So still unclear what we have left to sign guys before 7/17
