And if there's no way to move him, the best option for the Flyers would be if Lecavalier took it upon himself to retire early. They would still owe him the guaranteed money from the 5-year, $22.3 million deal he signed prior to the 2013 season, but it would free up quite a bit of cap space for Holmgren and the Flyer
