Yep. And yeah, there isn't a ton. I noticed Annihilation had the capability when I rented it from Vudu last week.

And more dumbly, no devices except the 4k Apple TV can do Atmos and Dolby Vision.

For a long time I viewed the Apple TV as just a hobby for Apple. They were slow to HD, couldn’t play mkv files and, of course, no Prime Video. Always preferred Roku’s technology and it’s agnostic approach to services. But I have to say now that the ATV 4K came out, added Prime Video and is on the cutting edge with cord-cutter services such as DirecTV Now, I’ve switched over to all ATV 4k’s. The video and sound quality with Dolby Vision, Atmos, etc., are truly outstanding and there’s a great app called Infuse which has allowed me to ditch unreliable Plex and play mkv files from my server.

On the fence about buying Air Pod headphones -- mainly cost. Any strong opinions either way?

just ordered them and getting them tomorrow. my friend at work loves them and sold me on them. I don't care what they look like if they work well and don't fall out.

Felt the same way, liked the idea but didn't wanna drop all that money on them, so I looked around and found these Anker buds to be pretty highly regarded:

I've had them for a few months now and I love them. They're comfortable, they sounds really nice, the battery lasts as advertised, has excellent sound isolation, they're comfortable and stay in without any trouble.

AirPods are a brilliant product that you didn’t realize you NEEDED until the first second you use them

you won't regret it!

i think it's Apple's most underrated product. The design is perfect. Not sure what you know about them, but you literally connect them to your phone one time by opening the pod case near your phone. a second later and pods and phone are linked, and that's it. Every time you put the pods in your ear your music starts playing. Take one out and it pauses. You can program what a double tap on each pod does. and the case is a charger.

Boat sex. When I try to pause the regular ones on the cord thing it usually triggers Voice Control—drives me nuts

How are they for exercising/running? I've been looking to get some wireless headphones for the rare moments I accidentally walk into a gym or move my legs too fast.
Quick Google shows that GoGo is wrong with regards to the Kiwi and the Banana.

Just got mine so I haven’t tried that yet, but they feel just like the corded ones so I think they’ll be fine. Pretty sure Woody said they’re good for exercising. My friend jogs with them pretty regularly

I don't know where else to put this so...

Recommendations for a sleeper sofa that is A) cheap and B) comfortable for sleeping? Adding a memory foam or other mattress pad to whatever solution we can find would be an option. Don't care much about comfort as a sofa as it will be in a room that otherwise is the kids' play room. Must be roughly queen size.

Sofa part is kind of important; we want seating in the playroom when not in use as a bedroom.

Sleeper sofas are notoriously uncomfortable beds. Cheaper is worse. I upgraded ours at purchase, so i guess the standard level is excruciating.

coincidentally, I am in the market for the same piece of furniture. We have an extra room that is an office/playroom and we want a sofa that can be converted for guests (assuming anyone ever comes to China to visit). We want it to be a sofa most of the time just to have another place to sit outside of the desk chair.

So mine is a good brand with a Serta mattress with a topper that needs to be stored separate and it is still terribly uncomfortable. Day one is bad sleep, and day two is when the recognition that it is a torture device sets in. I bought an Intex self inflation queen size air mattress that is more useful and much more comfortable.

The sofa, as a sofa, is really comfortable.

Also the furniture weighs a British ton.
