found out a month ago, some random guy that i waved at about 3 or 4 times, that lives on my friend's street in troon, is former phillies, grady sizemore. never met him, next time i see him, i'll pull over and say hi. seems like a nice guy.

Jason Segel is filming an AMC series for 2020 called Dispatches from Elsewhere. Sally Field has also been around. I mainly see the sets around Washington Square but they also did a retro gay pride parade on 12th & Locust. The cars on set appear to be late 70s-early 80s.

Anyway, today my wife and I passed him walking solo (talking on bluetooth) both heading up Walnut and then coming back down Locust a couple hours later. The talkative homeless guy on Broad & Locust, outside coffee shop, was really eyeing him as he walked by, and after he passed he yelled "That WAS Jason Segel!"

Oh, and this had to be pointed out to me after the fact, but I walked past Washington Square next to Andre 3000 who is also on the AMC show. He apparently likes to stroll around playing a flute during down time.

Kate Winslett will soon start filming a HBO limited series called the Mare of Easttown in the Philly burbs. Be on the look out!

Pretty wild how may movies and shows have been filmed here the past six months--- Queer Eye, Dispatches from Elsewhere, Urban Cowboy, and whatever thing M Night was doing this year. Army of the Dead in AC too.

it's all because kate winslet will have to pay 25% less in state income taxes than yourself. hopefully the savings will allow her to buy some nice art work for her home in bel air.
