and SPEAKING OF TV, the dishwasher in this vacation rental makes me reconsider his statement which I disputed about a dishwasher being too quiet and you couldn't tell if it was running. The unit here has absolutely no surface lights, so you indeed can't tell if it's running except for sound. That's such a poor design choice I hadn't even considered that possiblity, but turns out it does in fact exist.

Without going into details, I hear that's partially the reason its for sale. They're not leaving the island, they just want a different property. If you want a vacation rental, look into the A-Zone areas (15th Street South to 30th Street from the ocean to the bay). They will get you a higher return since they're walkable to the beach.

oh, maybe we're talking about a different place then. This seems to already be a full-time rental place. 5 beds, 4.2 baths, pool, hot tub, game room. apparently popular with multi-family vacations and party situations.
