I mean I think at this point the question is only how many separate Articles of Impeachment will be issued:

1 - Abuse of Power (Ukraine matter)
2 - Obstruction of Justice (Mueller Report based)
3 - Obstruction of Justice (Ukraine Witness Intimidation)
4 - Violation of Emoluments Clause
5- Obstruction of Congress

Technically they could definitely add one for violation of Federal Campaign Finance laws for the Stormy Daniels payments but I think they don't want to set a precedent that Campaign Finance Laws are impeachable offenses.

Paying a pornstar to buy her silence is the 6th most important thing about removing him from office. It's probably lower than 6th, even if clearly illegal.

I'm almost at the point that GOP in Senate are best off letting Trump testify in his own defense in front of the Senate, because then it will be obvious and easier to explain to their constituents that he has to go. Right now, there's still a ton of people like Brantt who are willing to take in information through filters. Can you imagine how Trump would stamp up to an interview with a trained prosecutor? It would be hard to defend him afterwards. "You're goddamn right I ordered the code red!"
