I want to get some of those polo shirts with the alligator logo on them. Seems like they were popular in the 70s and 80s. I never see anyone wearing them anymore, but apparently they (Lacoste) still make them. I remember having some when I was really young. Going to bring them back.

One of my earliest memories is from preschool. A teacher in another classroom mentioned corduroy, and I guess the kids didn’t know what it was, so she came into our class to see if anyone was wearing corduroy. I was! So she pulled me into her classroom to have me model them. They were pants, not shorts though.

Corduroy bothers me as a texture. I can't touch the stuff.

They were also very popular in the 00s and have disappeared again. They're also $80 a pop.
