If you have 5000 baby boomers retiring a day, a estimation number that I think is based on 10000 boomers hitting 65 daily, that puts you at 150,000 jobs vacating monthly. The July employment figures had 157,000 jobs added, and August plussing up 201,000. easy math would say 7,000, and 51,000 created respectively. I am sure that Obama's numbers caught some inflation from the boomer effect, but the trend is strengthening as time goes on. My point is that some of this, if not a majority of it, is provably minimal.

Your easy math is wrong. There are probably thousands of sites that explain how the job numbers are calculated. Why make up your own method in order to "prove" that the economy didn't add jobs last month?
