I think this might be the first bad personal thing I've posted here. Anyways, I was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer four years ago. Right now I'm on a new trial drug that might be working. This is the fourth medication I've been on.
I really like this board because a lot of smart, fun people post here. I can't work so I spend a lot of time reading and posting here. It keeps my mind active and entertained. And that's a good thing.
I've told board people I've met and of course MickBayne and SK knew. I decided I'd let you guys know why I have so much time to read and post here.
Anyways, that's the news.

You're a legend Smitty... happy this board helps you and you certainly are a huge part of what makes this place special... stay strong... I had thyroid cancer in 2008 but they told me it was the good cancer so that was comforting... anyway the Phillies won the Series that year and made me happy and now ten years later they will shock everyone and do it again... much love Smitty
