1. The 200 day MA is resistance.
2. Nothing happened today, the FAANG only lost $75 billion in market cap. Again that is nothing.
3. The 50 MA is QUICKLY approaching the death cross with the 200 day MA.
4. THIS IS YOUR BEAR MARKET ALERT.
5. THERE IS NO REASON TO THINK RETIRED Congressman Ron Paul, dad of Sen Rand Paul and former OMB head Stockman are close to being right. Fair value is down 25% from the top. They are looking for 40-50% drops.
6. Certainly a crash from low levels could get you there, but that has nothing to do with fair value.
7. Sorry, there are alerts warnings and then the most serious, watches.

WE ARE POSTING A BEAR MARKET WATCH. BOLO for the bear market.

The lower your orbit the LESS likely any debris is significant.

Yes or no.

The Lower LEO will deorbit fairly quickly, zapping the debris with a laser will increase the energy of the debris and deorbit the debris faster, if needed.

Score more for Tesla.

Tesla today announced the acquisition of Spacex.

In a move to lower costs, a picture of the next gen GE EMERGED.

Tesla is THE leader in energy production, storage, transportation, space transport, and space telecommunications.

While the Edison General Electric Company led the world from it's inception in
1889, and under other names going back to 1881, you can only survive so long without your Thomas Edison.

While I was the first to recognize the second coming of Thomas Edison, I was not the last.

This historic merger of Spacex and Tesla under Elon Musk as Chairman and CEO Mark's a millennial event.

SpaceX BFR and starlight now clutter the skies. Tesla S,x,y, tractor, bus, minibus, pickup truck, and mini, a city car reached 10000000 units per year today.

That does not include Tesla on demand, and Tesla delivery. Two services dependent on robot cars and trucks.

These industries are supply constrained at the moment pending completion of giga 20and 21.

Congratulations to all who bought Tesla at $250. It is now trading at $4025.

Dateline Oct 21, 2027.

The ability of Tesla to produce military grade products and compete in the retail market place achieved liftoff in 2016.

Since that time Tesla air transport cornered the market. It's efficient engines and low cost batteries with industry leading energy density could not be touched by the now defunct legacy names.

Icbms now cost $10 million for the launch vehicle.
Air transport operating costs are one seventh of kerosene burning air transport.

When DARPA realized Tesla was building a higher grade telecommunications platform the US CLASSIFIED the program ( that just happened) and convinced Tesla to sell a lower grade product to the masses.

and so on...

That means use Tesla as your retirement account, after your first one is fully funded and go for the ride of a lifetime.

SERIOUSLY

Musk began his comments.

Our namesake Nikola Tesla invented our modern system of power generation.

In a twist of fate, Tesla sold out his interest. In a short time Edison General Electric co. was providing AC electricity to the developed world as it existed at the time. If you recall Edison came up with DC. Tesla, Edison's former employee came up with AC electricity.

Tesla now dominates the marketplace in more areas of the economy then any other company in history.

We set out to make the world a better place. In beginning we quickly realized that the changes we would bring to the marketplace would be as revolutionary as those of Nikola Tesla.

Unlike Nikola, we envisioned Tesla as the successor to Edison's General Electric. We presciently knew that GE would be left in our dust, not to mention our pot smoke entrails.

While we met with success from the very first day, here at Tesla, and a bit later at SpaceX, we expected folks to stop laughing and start competing in a timely fashion

Twenty years after we started Tesla the first real competitor emerged.

Over those 20 years, folks took many swings, and uniformly missed. It was NOT for lack of trying that our competitors perished.

Our vehicles got there more efficiently, with more speed, and lower cost then the competition.

And so on...

Wake and smell the Teslas.

In other news, I received my crocus sativus yesterday and planted them.

We are looking to harvest the spice in about six weeks.

I love it when a positive study makes the stock price go down.

The fundamentals improve and the price goes down. You seem to only get that in biotech.

When the price goes down sharply, we always recommend waiting until the stock bases.

IOW, You will see a flattening of the curve, essentially around one price for about six weeks. That is likely this price range here.

In DEC initial studies on TWO NEW COMPOUNDS read out.

Those two dates are available. I will track them down.

So what to do?

Where will this stock be in ten years?

All signs point to excellent revenue, including the most recent study.

So what you do now is not that important.

I recommend the stock as a primary holding.

You should always buy those stocks on the dip.

My sense is waiting a short while will not hurt, but probably not help much.

I do not see any chance it will get back to $2.

If you are looking for a best next entry I would buy in the lull before the next study read out.

This pullback is an opportunity, not a setback. That is what is great about biotech with technology at this maturation stage.

You are almost certain of approval given the technology, the results with other compounds, and the results with this compound.

Goofy things happen with biotech that make it easy to profit.

Then from there it goes up, buy more, and if it goes down buy even more for your dollar.

Buy on the dip.

It used to be buy below six and sell at ten.

This stock is a thirty year old company at this point.

Now the stock is investment grade.

However you can still trade it that way, at least for one cycle.

Level or timing.

I am hopeful about the timing, and very confident about the long time level.

You can almost never get both right, and so I try to make it clear, nowadays, I generally go for long-term levels.

Just read an article that claimed that GM has no electric truck plans for 20 years.

They are already behind the design curve by two to three years. That is something.

GM plans to stop selling trucks. TSLA will come out with a base truck, a medium cool truck, and a ludicrous truck, with that one coming first.

Boring company, the leader in building all tunnels, within a year.

Elon offered to build sewer tunnels ( which of course are not stinky when built, but don't tell Elon) water tunnels, tunnels anywhere you want a tunnel.

The initial goal was to beat the speed of a snail. By report they will be doing that soon, and on Tesla battery pack power.

Elon owns that one with some investors. On completion of the Chicago tunnel a recent report put the value of the company at $16 billion.

I have not found one contra bear chart

Copper is prob the best negative chart I have seen.

The economy only uses less copper when the economy is not growing.

With all the medium level volatility, NOTHING HAS HAPPENED YET.

A Break below 2540 on the S&P would signal, PAY ATTENTION CLOSELY.

Still calling for a bear. So there is no hurry. I would hold your monthly contribution in cash until the GMOs come racing in. The Vix will be 40+, and the TRIN over 4.

Where does the market go after just forming the right side of an upside down head and shoulders.

Up.

That just happened, and the S&P remained in it's long time (9 year) price channel.

While this is an inflection point, and the fundamentals say down, the chart is saying we are not going down, and the correction is coming to an end.

If there is confirmation I will let you know.

Now, the market is at an inflection.

The individual charts and the fundamentals say down, but the chart for the S&P says up.

Bottom line, the NEXT direction for the S&P will have import for the next six weeks.

Sideways and then down. That is my pick.

The market has not digested this volatility yet. And frankly there has not been enough fear expressed by the market participants.

The VERY long term trend has to break at some point. Most indicators point to that happening now.

big rejection around 2820, on the 8th was not good news. the rejection also took out a break above the 35 day MA. it really needed to hold that area. draw a trendline from the 10/3 high to the high on 11/8 for long term sell opportunities. even though it did recover dropping past 2710, it stayed down there a little to long.
