Can't wait for the election hack later this year. Despite exit polls and national polling, the GOP picks up more ground in the House and Senate. Like this year, there's lots of smoke that the russians have hacked our election system. The GOP continues to dismantle basic governmental functions at an even more frantic pace. We all die.

I honestly have no idea. I just think there's something worse about it than someone peeing on someone else. The whole idea of the tape seems to drive him a bit crazy. He seems obsessed with it and the dossier as a whole.

Also, I'm 99% sure this whole Trump/Bannon thing is a staged conflict. They're throwing dust in everyone's eyes and nothing in that book will stick. He really is running the presidency like a pro wrestling show.

Tweet tweet tweet, the system is rigged. There's some reporting that Trump is trying to turn voter fraud over to DHS to get voter IDs out there. It is concerning that "we" would try to use DHS that way, but the states will still have the opportunity to honor Regan and 'just say no'. Talk about your government overreach.

I have signed plenty of nda's this life, and my optic is that when I see something that's not right in them, or that cannot be implemented / defended, I make a note of it, I let the offer or know that that is not a legally enforceable clause, and then I determine if I will or will not sign it. Most often I have signed them because the intention is to protect ideas, proprietary processes, trade secrets, and technologies or other proprietary works. I have certainly signed, or at least agreed to, defamation type clauses when leaving a company when there's money involved. That money would be money for me.

Whatever this play is of some personal sounding nature, I don't see how it could possibly hold up to an actual legal test in court.

It would be worse for his base and for his hypocrisy being in full view. I think it would be much better than some underage girl, but I'm not a Trump supporter.
