only 19 counties remain without an insurer pledged for 2018's enrollment since Ohio came to an agreement on one. COLLAPSE

That's 0.1% of enrollees

I got the answer to my question about why none of my Marine pals know Kelly, he is a reservist. When you arrive at the upper ranks of the Reserves and Guard you are full time/active duty, but that status also generally keeps you sequestered from a good portion of the active duty troops.

If the POTUS doesn't sign the bill by Saturday (I think), but the Senate is still in session (full or pro forma) there may be a Constitutional question to whether or not a pocket veto is valid. If the POTUS doesn't return a bill by 10 days w/out objection and Congress is in session, the bill becomes law. I don't have the time to continue down the rabbit hole, but there are a few things that may work against a pocket veto:

1) Can only happen if Congress is not present to receiving the bill.
2) Senate is still in session, as of today, but I don't know if they will adjourn for recess or not.
3) Senate can keep a bare-bones session in place to combat recess appointments and potentially pocket vetoes - called pro forma session
4) The bill, IIRC, originated to the House, which is on recess, the veto clause of Article I states that the President has to return the bill to the House of Congress it originated, which is the HoR, which is on recesss

Trump is obviously doing great harm to the United States, but I think the Democrats need to emphasize the way in which the entire Republican Party, no matter how much they try to distance themselves from him are indistinguishable from Trump.

I think the Republicans realize this is what's going to happen, and they may be starting to recalculate whether their long term interest lies with sticking with Trump until 2020, or start doing real things that split the Republican party in order to save it.

The first strategy makes less and less sense--though the Republicans have the Gorsuch nomination, devastating roll back of environmental regulations, and a lot of the cultural stuff that the base likes but no one else does. It doesn't look like they'll get ACA repeal, there is no tax plan, and there is a looming debt ceiling problem that Trump is likely to make even worse than it would be otherwise. It's not as clear that the Republicans could endure Trump's deep unpopularity thanks to their structural advantages and the fact that they hold most of the states.

Impeachment probably isn't in the cards yet though. But I'd be surprised if some serious Republicans aren't putting together a strategy and lining up donors to primary Trump. There's probably a decent amount of Koch type money available for such a candidate.

Finally, Kushner closed with the following statement of reassurance: "So, what do we offer that's unique? I don’t know… I’m sure everyone that’s tried this has been unique in some ways, but again we’re trying to follow very logically. We're thinking about what the right end state is. And we’re trying to work with the parties very quietly to see if there's a solution. And there may be no solution, but it’s one of the problem sets that the president asked us to focus on. So we’re going to focus on it and try to come to the right conclusion in the near future."

Trump admin says leaking Kushner's discussion with interns about Middle East would be such a breech of trust, immediately leaked.

It was referring to JK Rowling. Pac, you cannot simply link a tweet, for they may one day get deleted.

There is an insurmountable structural problem to a peace agreement (even if everyone wanted peace, which is not a given): The Israelis can negotiate and executive on behalf of their side of an agreement, but there's no counterpart on the Arab side. There are multiple parties in the Arab side, some of whom don't even recognize the State of Israel and have never agreed -- and probably **will** never agree -- to negotiate a peace agreement, let alone agree to one.

So Kushner or anyone else can negotiate all he wants with those Arab factions who are willing but, even if an agreement were to be reached, there will always be significant Arab factions who will continue to lob bombs into Israel and blow themselves up in Israel. It would be like America negotiating a peace agreement with Al-Quaeda in Iraq and claiming there would be no more terrorism.

I'm not saying that, it could be veiled shots since Bannon may feel heat under the Gen. Kelly regime, I was just giving original context.
