On Tuesday, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the Kenosha Unified School District in Wisconsin violated the rights of a trans student, Ash Whitaker, when it refused to let him use the boys’ bathroom.

In the decision, a three-judge panel from the Seventh Circuit Court concluded that the school district “has failed to provide any evidence of how the preliminary injunction will harm it, or any of its students or parents.”

facts are a stubborn thing.

bet he doesn't fully withdraw so we can breathe a sigh of relief when he reassesses the commitments or something and basically doesn't live up to anything non-binding.

Not sure where this was headed. It is in my local feed.

Man arrested at (DC) Trump hotel after Bushmaster AR-15 rifle found in vehicle

Also brought his Glock. Left them in the car and had it Valet parked. Where is he from, well Bryan Moles recently of Edinboro, Pa, soon to be transitioned to a federal pen. I'd say that there was a chance that he did not know DC has harsh gun laws, but he made it onto law enforcement radar due to threatening comments made online (I assume it was recognized by the PA State Police).

breitbart bs created to have you ask this question

didn't have it prior to election and didn't use Iran communications.

this is basically an admission that the leak is real and Kushner did try to set up a Russian-controlled backchannel; gotta pivot!

This is from LIBERTY UNYIELDING
"But mid-2008 has the distinction of being the time at which candidate Barack Obama reportedly opened a back channel to Iran, conveying to the mullahs that, in Michael Ledeen’s words, “he was a friend of the Islamic Republic, and that they would be very happy with his policies.”

During his first presidential campaign in 2008, Mr. Obama used a secret back channel to Tehran to assure the mullahs that he was a friend of the Islamic Republic, and that they would be very happy with his policies. The secret channel was Ambassador William G. Miller, who served in Iran during the shah’s rule, as chief of staff for the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, and as ambassador to Ukraine. Ambassador Miller has confirmed to me his conversations with Iranian leaders during the 2008 campaign.

Claiming that Ambassador Miller confirmed these conversations is not something Ledeen could (or would try to) get away with, if it weren’t true. Beyond that, however, Ledeen’s 2014 post had a larger thesis that the Obama administration wasn’t dithering or incompetent, but acting from a strategy of “détente first”: ceding U.S. interests at the outset in the hope of a “full alliance with Iran throughout the Middle East and North Africa.""

43% of polled Americans support impeachment, 45% do not. That 'no support' number is down one notch in the weekly poll. That is ugly.

it's based off one article written in 2013; they did not reach out to Miller or Leeden about the timeframe or truth. if you read the initial Ledeen piece it's simply a lot of speculation about various people who were used as backchannels over the years.

if it's even true, the big thing would be a hidden backchannel away from our own intelligence agencies and under control of Russia. A former Iranian ambassador is probably a better person to use than Jared, who had no experience involving Russia and was willing to have Russia control it. they can't even figure out what they want to say is the reason Kushner tried to do it so they brought this up to deflect.

Also, look up who Michael Ledeen is. he's not really a reliable source; he lied a lot throughout the Iran deal negotiations, lied about yellowcake, and was a huge Iraq War proponent. i'm not sure why he's suddenly resurrected as some huge 'source'.

Yeah, and I don't think anyone in the Obama campaign or administration had a history of any business dealings with Iran or top officials who "forgot" to list several contacts with Iranian officials or who proposed using Iranian offices for the communications and to my knowledge there were no claims that the Iranians had just tried to influence the US Presidential election.

Otherwise very similar.

i was very surprised to not see a fact check article from snopes, wapo, anywhere.

somebody's really dropping the ball here. perhaps i'm 100% misreading all the history, but nothing seems out of sorts with what I wrote. maybe i should write the fact check and get paid $50 for it by someone.
