as the BSG deep dive into GOP internet correspondent, I want to keep you abreast of the latest developments in Conservative ideology. Perhaps mostly out of masochism, but also perhaps out of a desire to let others see how repulsive the GOP base is, in an attempt to dissuade others who may be on the fence from supporting that party.

today's topic de jour? Dylan Roof was actually radicalized by the race baiting media, and the massacre would have never happened if the media wasn't attempting to create problems where problems didn't exist.

I think the line of thinking was: "Hey, its HUD, its not like its brain surgery."

I am certain that Carson is very smart when it comes to his specialty, but like most surgeons I know, they some how thing that having an MD PHD makes them the smartest person in the room/world about everything, and the better the school, the more pronounced this is. To his credit, he once said that he is essentially a terrible fit to run things in the government because he is unqualified, but then the surgeon brain kicked in.

You are a masochist. I believe that a large chunk of your posts, maybe 15%, are complaining about sources you could easily ignore (Hinkie-acolytes on Reddit or wherever and now this). I find that admirable.

also, you can be in a demanding career and still not be smart. look at donald trump, for example.

Feinstein highlighted Sessions' many recent bad ideas, not his old ones, to show he hasn't changed.

Sessions is about to say crime is up (based on his written statement) when it is not.

Someone just got ejected from the hearings wearing a pink statute of liberty hat/crown (couldn't read what it said) and with a sign saying "Support Civil Rights, Stop Jeff Sessions."

LOL - I would love to be in the room the first time Sessions tries to tell Trump that his is "overreaching".

more protesters in hearing room.

My feeling is making theater of wormy Jeff Sessions is counterproductive. Let Dem Senators make mock of him in the formal process. Hell, let his own florid, cracker-accented remarks highlight his inadequacies; that's easy enough. Save your energies for the bigger fish

Sessions on to declare violent crime & murders are way up, neglecting to get specific about where they're up, or whether that's pertinent to most of america. Hope Dems dissect him on this

Sessions' remarks make clear his gun violence concern is almost exclusively with the impact on law enforcement.
