i don't eat a lot of beef, but we had some steak on top of a small salad last night. GF cooked the steak so freaking well ended up just eating a ton of meat mostly.

she normally cooks and i do the dishes, but she has been working late a lot the past two weeks, so i have been getting dinners together. cooking is fun!

ha, we had steak for the first time in a really long time the other week. we got some more steaks this week since we've been craving it really badly.

oh yeah, they have a thriving sit-down business. when this is all over, check out their sunday brunch buffet. it's INCREDIBLE.

the ninja foodi grill... can't say enough about this machine. it revolutionizes your kitchen. nothing replaces grilling over charcoal briquets, but it will replace your gas grill. i love my foreman, but it's far from perfect and it easily replaces it too. no need for reverse searing anymore. use the roast function and season up some split chicken breasts, comes out perfect with the crunchy skin and juicy breast.

the air frying is truly a legit thing. whatever you want to throw in this thing, it turns out great. wings, fries, corndogs, hashbrowns, chicken fingers and it's hands down the best hotdog cooker on the planet. haven't tried the dehydrating function yet, gonna do that this weekend.
