So I planted arugula, because I like arugula. But now I have a lot of arugula. Other than salads and pizza, what can I do with all of it? Is there a way to preserve it? Infuse some olive oil with it it? I'm going to trade some of it for eggs I hope.

I read once to use an ice cube tray and freeze it in a bit of olive oil. Never tried it myself.

I have come to the conclusion that the key to a good home made pizza crust is to get it as thin as you can without breaking it.

Can't ever remember needing a cleaver except when butchering a chicken and you can get around that with a chef's knife

We butcher a lot of chicken for soup stock. Endbup cutting the wings and tips down to 1" sizes. So it'll be nice to have some heft for it

So, we've come into a surplus of bbq sauce (10 bottles, memphis style). Any suggestions how to use it besides the 1 or 2 obvious plays?
