i usually always thought this happened at the waffle house or denny's. apparently ihop is not immune, to the crazy and unhinged.

i think the youtube algorithm promotes random videos at times. i noticed a weird one in that panel of suggestions that is shown after the video you are watching is done. then a few days later some random friend shared it on facebook, so they probably had it pop up on their suggestions panel.
