"Was that a video game out there or what?" Domonic Brown said

He then said, "So.....who wants to play video games?"

If the whole thing weren't so endlessly joyous, I could almost cry that I had to miss this game. This game is why God invented baseball.

even the reporters who interviewed roy1 in his presser at the end of the game were amazed. they compliment him and are pretty much in awe.

Not sure if Bozeman improved their cable beyond 30 channels, but the game is being replayed at 11:00, 2am and 8am MT on MLB Network

Sheldon is great. Very classy guy, just like Troy Renck and a few other quality MLB.com guys

With the exception of Cabrera, lot of classy comments from Reds' players about Doc.

I made a "Vikings are stealing the spotlight from the Twins" joke at work today. Little did I know it'd crossover to the Phillies.

JeremyShockey

Just watched Halladay throw his no hitter... congrats. I like the Phillies chances...

Roy Halladay's skills reminds me of the young Kenney Powers. But there is only one 55.

heman weighs in

http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2010/w ... index.html

PHILADELPHIA -- There was a "shock factor'' in being no-hit, especially in the postseason, Reds outfielder Jay Bruce admitted after Phillies mega-star Roy Halladay made the National League's most productive lineup throughout the regular season look like a bunch of pikers in a 4-0 victory in Game 1 of the NLDS.

EricStangel (head writer for the Late Show w/ David Letterman)

Roy Halladay throws 2nd postseason no hitter, after Don Larsen in 56. Jamie Moyer was in the dugout for both.
