Buck & McCarver already in pre-championship mode.

This is what I said on Sunday. This is the game that worried me. Pettitte can change speeds and confuse our guys. It's the same reason Tim Redding kills us, but we can beat the best starters in the game.

We really need the bullpen to throw 6 shutdown innings without giving up more than a run or so. Steep hill to climb, but it can be done. I'm still kinda optimistic.

he hit a line drive. seriously

Hit it the other way. It's the easiest way to get your balance back and start squaring up pitches to pull.

DUH!

Name me the last time Ryan Howard hit a ground ball or line drive the other way
you sure do seem to have a lot of time on your hands to be on this forum? Do you have a job? Are you a shut-in?

Yes, but in a double utley you can put your utley on top they other guy's utley, and you're the winner. (Swish)

I guess the two games where they shat all over the Yankees' pitching don't count toward the total.

Werth will be stranded again. Just the flavor of this series.

McCarver suddenly talking about sample size, undermining half the points he's made all series.
