Exactly, except the cash part. I would think the Phillies would have to eat all of Halladay's contract to get away with trading no prospects. I would also part with Brown (only) to get Halladay in this scenario.

Heyman saying the trade is done and Halladay will sign the extension to finalize it, but probably not today.

I forgot about Gutierrez, and Settle does need offense, but I guess they need it in the infield.
