I think that'll be the first sign.

Yeah, I agree. I guess what I'm getting at is with a 7:07 start time he would probably need to be pulled in the next 30 mins or so, right? 60 mins? I don't know when they usually start their pre-game stuff.

Don't think that makes sense because they retired #32 for Carlton.

In a post to Twitter, MiLB.com’s Jonathan Mayo says, “I’m hearing Halladay to Philly is nowhere near being done; Not saying it doesn’t happen, but it’s not close.”

This is a simple game. You throw the ball, you hit the ball, you catch the ball.

Two things:

1) I've been listening to MLBXM for hours, and there has been no mention of it. Most of the talk has been about the St. Louis trade.

2) We should unlock the other thread now

I just got back from showering, and there's no Halladay press conference, no alternate jersey waiting for me, nothing. I give you guys two simple jobs to do, and this is what I get.

hey’ I’d rather the Mets get shut out by Halladay than get shut out by Jamie Moyer or Adam Eaton…

I'll be doing the drinking and smoking bit momentarily, but there is no way anything gets announced today, since we know Toronto is looking at Carrasco today. Tomorrow at the earliest I would think, more likely Wednesday of NEXT week.

God, that's so long from now.

we really need to release all this pent up emotion. Or hold onto it to visit our most depraved nightmares on the psyche of JP when we hear about how at the last moment, he unzipped, slapped his lad on the table, screamed 'you're not getting him. HAHAHAHAHA. MY DICK IS BIGGER THAN YOURS RUBE! SMUG YOUR WAY OUT OF THAT COLLEGE BOY!' and ran out the door.

MLB Network friend asked Jon Heyman himself about the rumor. He said Heyman doesnt know where the story is from and cannot confirm it.
