We'll have a permanent link bar at some point, but until then, we can put links to oft-used/respected sites here.

Obviously, The Good Phight is a must read.

And lets not forget the Misconceptions, official band of BackSheGoes.com

''I don't know what was harder - that (Phillies lineup) or the All-Star team lineup,'' Haren said.

For baseball (and hoops) stats, suitable for download and import into database and/or spreadsheet programs, I must nominate: http://www.dougstats.com/. Baseball stats back to 1994; click on the season you want, then click the "All Batters Raw Data" (or All Pitchers), save it as a .txt or .csv file, and BAM.

Used it for years, and can't recommend it highly enough. Plus the dude's name is "The Engineer Formerly Known as Doug", and he uses this symbol:

Btw, I hope everyone here goes to TheGoodPhight.com and partakes in their All-Time Phillies Player tournament. Can't get more fun than that!
Check The Good Phight, you might learn something.

What with the addition of historical boxscores and PBP on BBRef, Retrosheet has become nearly irrelevant, no?
they were a chick hanging out with her friends at a bar, the Phillies would be the 320 lb chick with a nose wart and a dick - Trent Steele

Maybe, but I still go there out of habit, and it's still a worthwhile site.
