Managed to stay spoiler free and just watched on DVR (haven’t read the thread). Taeks:

-Embiid didn’t come up in the clutch but I was very encouraged by his game. Most physical game of his career that I can remember. Actually hit people on picks. Got deep position and fought on O-boards. If we get that mentality and physicality out of Jo consistently then I’ll be happy with him. Not the prior version that got bullied by marc gasol

-Richardson was excellent on defense and was our second best option on offense. Hes had a mediocre year but he can still play and we’re not going to get value for him in a trade. Need to keep him around unless he’s required as ballast to unload harris in a package

-Kemba walker is underrated. Extremely smart, skilled, crafty, tough. His clutch track record is beyond reproach going back to big East tourney run for UConn (and he delivered the dagger tonight). I fucking hate the Celtics but I love kemba

-Fire korkmaz into the sun

-They played hard for Brett so he should appreciate that as it makes him look good

I think Kenny Atkinson might be a really good coach and would be 1000x better than Brett

Did we ever establish what Brett actually did in San Antonio? Chip Engelland seems like he was actually the one developing guys. Pop probably just wanted a line to Australia/New Zealand and a nice rah rah guy to bring him coffee.

Chip is exclusively a shooting coach. He doesn't work with anyone on any other parts of their game.
