I can't believe staying in the hotel wasn't part of the plan from the beginning. I assumed it was. This is so stupid. They get to be out of the hotel most of the day at the park and they get payed very well. I get much less time outside and get payed comparatively little. And yet, I manage it!

I guess what I'm saying is, let me play.

Maybe this gives the NFL like 5-6 weeks to find some bubbles

I can set up their schedule in four hub cities with travel twice during the season to change hubs. Every team would play all of their currently listed opponents.

they should have it in philly. Use the linc and franklin field. Rebuild the Vet and JFK. Rebuild the old hotel that was in the parking lot outside CBP. Hold two games a day at each stadium on Saturday and Sunday. Easy.

Can't wait for the 5 inning triple-headers to start!

3 6 inning games would be as fast as a normal double header would be.

Unless it's an indoor stadium, can you really do multiple football games on a field in a short period of time? The grass gets pretty dug up and if it rains it can take a while for the grass to come back. I can't imagine having games on Saturday and Sunday on the same field.

I guess NYC and LA have multiple fields nearby. Maybe some other cities if you use college fields, which might be a nice way for colleges to recoup some lost money.

A dome probably would work best, the Linc is a mess after Temple plays Saturday and the Eagles play Sunday.

Isn’t the Cardinals stadium built so they can bring in entirely new fields? I don’t know how many other places are capable of that but that’s one workaround.
Two days later I get a text back that says I'm a basketball player and a businessman, not a Thundercat.

Use US Bank stadium in Minneapolis and Mercedes in Atlanta. Play 2 or 3 games 7 days a week work out a schedule where each team plays every 6-8 days. Seems like it could be doable.

Cardinals are indeed following the Marlins' route. Series at Detroit is called off, not looking great to host the Cubs on the weekend either.

@markasaxon
Also, I can now confirm at least eight positives. Of those, six are players. One source said the number is 13.

And Houston too.

Could do a Texas bubble and a Detroit/Texas bubble.

DC - Baltimore could be an interesting option, you have the two NFL stadiums, Audi Field (DC United), the two MLB stadiums, UMD, and Navy all within 40 miles.

yeh, so I guess there's lots of places, and maybe it doesn't matter playing two games in two days anymore. Grass fields have gotten better than I thought.
