Like I said in GDT, Vikings gave up 26+ in 3 games on the road this year. They are tough at home but can be had on the road.

Today: "Guys, we're a January home game against Case Keenum away from going to the Super Bowl. "

2003: "Guys, we're a January home game against Brad Johnson away from going to the Super Bowl. "

Feels more like the lead up to the Panthers NFC Championship game than the Bucs one.

Also in both those NFC Championships they were about 4 point favorites, now they are 4 point dogs.

I was in Minneapolis the summer they were finishing US Bank stadium. It is a really awesome visual structure. Its going to look good as a backdrop for the media reporting on the Eagles prep for the super bowl.

The 38 over/under seems low enough where a couple turnovers could easily push it over. But spread.com says:

It's too early to tell if we have a "Joes versus Pros" contrast with the total but it'll be interesting to see if public bettors decide to take the over while wiseguys play the under.

You know what - it’s all gravy at this point. We have a young promising team stacked on both lines to go along with a star, franchise qb. Our riches are furthered by the fact our DBs are young and CHEAP.

And we seem to have a really good gm and coaching staff, the latter unlikely to change this offseason.

Obviously I would prefer Peters returns but Vaitai has been pretty solid? Not sure if they are giving him a lot of help but it doesn't seem like he's getting beat a lot.

I'm not feeling the dog mask thing beyond what the players did last week which was funny. I mean, we've been like field goal underdogs to playoff teams, and a bunch of TV guys picked against us. Not exactly a massive diss
