Seriously though, what does Pouliot bring to the table? I was looking at his advanced stats (which I don't really understand, sorry Charlie) and his Corsi Relative and Fenwick Relative would be near bottom for the entire team.

Colorado claimed defenseman Mark Alt off of waivers from the Flyers.

I don't think he hates them, I just think he's risk adverse (I was going to say coward, whoops) when it comes to using rookies unless their talent is so overwhelming that you cannot send them down.

He replaces Alt for now. If Manning or Gudas gets hurt and they choose Oduya over Sanheim, then feel free to rage. This isn't a big deal right now, because Mark Alt certainly wasn't a big deal.

#Flyers are now on the hook for as much as $1M in potential Performance Bonuses for Johnny Oduya.

- $250K bonus if he hits 65 games played
- $250k bonus if he finishes top 5 in TOI
- $250k bonus if he finishes top 3 in TOI
- $250k bonus if his club qualifies for the playoffs

1. He's at 51 GP
2/3. He's at 877 TOI, which puts him at 10th (non-goalie)

Yup, unless they somehow got Karlsson at a reasonable price this probably the best outcome. We got a goalie to ride until Elliot is back or further and didn't go ham on someone stupid.

Ghost and Pachorietti (spelling) hug/fought after Pach tripped Konecny. Double minor puts the Flyers on an early Power Play.
