When he signed that deal, he was a .58 PPG player that isn't good defensively. He cashed in after his career year, then played like shit this year. 8 even strength goals FFS

what's he building towards? they luck out and get patrick to add to the young core and then he deals part of that core for lehtera. his infatuation with bottom 6 guys shows no signs of slowing down. and like you said if they are going to trade him use him in a deal to get someone meaningful.
