He's solid and a right handed shot. Myers is the only other prospect with one. It's still so maddening that we have all this young defensive depth with expensive forwards in their late 20's and no goalie (but a bunch of prospects).
A crazy trade would be Giroux for Carey Price. Price will be UFA after next season and has an injury history but man he's good.
That was a really weird sequence with Provorov high sticking a jet player and nothing being called initially, then the linesman calls it like 30 seconds later, but calls it on Konecny instead then after a commercial break they corrected it. Then on the ensuing 4 min. Kill the flyers hit the scoreboard with a clearing attempt. So that's 2 things ive never been before in about 3 min of hockey.
Sergei Bobrovsky leads the NHL in GA, Save% and wins. Signing Ilya Bryzgalov continues to be one of the worst decisions in the history of this franchise. If I recall it was an overreaction to a poor playoff debut by a 22-year-old BOB.
