That's kind of a misleading title, it's not "bad teams" it's teams that did not make it to at least the divisional series. It's one thing to have wasted war on a team that finishes 15 out, but another to be on a team that just misses the playoffs imo.

A pretty dumb attitude throughout, starting with the profile of Votto, whose production is "wasted" since the Reds have only made the playoffs three times in his previous ten seasons. Just about anyone outside the Yankees will take those percentages.
